Legal PA (Disputes) – International Law Firm – Paying up to £45,000++ My client, an international Law firm, who hold a dominant position within the Legal market are seeking a bright and ambitious Legal Secretary/PA, who can provide support to Partners and Fee Earners within their dynamic and award-winning Disputes department. The firm boasts over 1,000 bright and ambitious staff members who provide advice and support to Clients across multiple areas of Law. The ideal Candidate will have at least 3 years’ Legal Secretary/PA experience. Based near Liverpool StreetPaying up to £45,000++Hybrid working Policy – 3 days in the office and 2 from home one week and then 2 days in the office and 3 days from home the nextBenefits include Private Medical Insurance, Gym Membership, Health screen, Employee Career Development Programme, Wellbeing Programme, Holiday Trading, Long Service Awards and Technology Discounts to name a few! Duties include: Proactively manage fee earner’s email and diary using discretion and business knowledge to prioritise commitments. This will include arrangements of appointments, conferences and meetings across different time zones and offices, using different processes and IT infrastructure (videoconferencing, tele-conferencing, client office software etc.).Prepare for all meetings, including preparation of all pre-reading documentation.Extensive travel arrangements including liaison with travel company, arranging visas, booking travel and accommodation, arranging currency, preparing itineraries.Support lawyers in marketing activities including research and obtaining client information and data, as well as involvement in preparation of pitches and presentations.Support the internal business development team by undertaking an event secretary role, managing the e-alert process, assisting with legal directory administration and delegating tasks appropriately.Proactively delegating document production and dictation transcription to appropriate resource, providing appropriate timeframes for work and checking returned work if requiredMentoring and coaching junior members of the team Please only apply if you have 3 years+ Legal Secretarial/PA experience, supporting Partner level within a Law firm.
