A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Legal PA to join the Commercial team of a prestigious London-based law firm. This role is ideal for someone with around 1-2 years as a Legal Administrator/Team Assistant in a law firm who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Working as the dedicated PA to a close-knit Commercial team, you will provide proactive support to Partners and fee earners, managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, assisting with billing, opening client matters and providing first-class administrative support. You will be given plenty of autonomy in the role while being supported by an experienced Business Support team and a network of PAs across the firm.

What we are looking for:

  • Around 1-2 years legal administrative experience within a law firm
  • Excellent organisation and diary management skills
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • A proactive, professional and client-focused approach
  • Confident using Microsoft Office

Salary: £37,000-£41,000

Location: City of London

Hybrid: Minimum 3 days per week in the office
