HR Assistant | Specialist Law Firm | £40,000 | 4:1 Hybrid
Are you an HR Assistant with 1+ years' experience who is ready to move beyond purely administrative HR and start building a broader, more generalist skill set?
We're working with a highly respected specialist law firm looking for an HR Assistant to join their London team and work closely alongside the HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to the full employee lifecycle and is keen to develop their career across a wider HR remit.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience across areas including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, policies and procedures, performance management, training and development and day‑to‑day employee support. Working within a relatively small and personable team means you'll have plenty of visibility, responsibility and the opportunity to get involved - rather than being pigeonholed into one area of HR.
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 4 days in the office / 1 day from home
Experience: Minimum 1 year's HR experience
