Fully Remote Legal Document Production Specialist x 2

One Day Shift - 09:30-17:30 or 10:00-18:00

One Evening shift - 13:00-21:00, 14:00-22:00, 15:00-23:00 or 16:00-00:00

Duties:

  • Convert, format and amend documents across a range of applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the firm's house style.
  • Produce and amend a wide range of documents, including contracts and legal documents; spreadsheets, charts, graphs, tables and mail merges; presentations and pitch documents.
  • Manipulate PDFs, including redaction, pagination, reordering, bundling and document clean-up.
  • Produce documents from digital dictation and audio transcription.
  • Proofread and quality-check all work to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with firm house style.

These are remote roles with requirement to be in the office only 2 times a year + possibly a few days upon joining. They are seeking a document specialist with a flair/interest in design to a high level who can support with pitches/presentations etc. Proven document production experience essential ideally within LAW.
