My client, a friendly and well respected international law firm located in the city of London, are looking to add 2 Part-time Legal PAs to work 2 days per week.
Part-time breakdown:
- Thursday
- Friday
Salary: £46k pro rata
Hybrid: 1 day in the office, 1 at home
You will also be entitled to their full list of benefits!
You will need to have a good Legal PA background and ideally some corporate law experience.
Duties:
- Diary management for Partners
- Document amendments/production
- Updating client contact lists
- Preparation/coordination of client bills
- Ensuring case files are organised appropriately and updated in a timely manner
- Organising team meetings
