We’ve opened a role in our Ottawa or Guelph offices for a talented, entrepreneurial Innovation Coordinator to work alongside exceptional people in JLR’s Innovation group. Are you passionate about AI and training colleagues to support their workflows? Do you enjoy translating research, ideas, and emerging trends into practical tools, workshops, or resources others can use? Are you comfortable collaborating with senior leaders, IT, and cross‑functional teams to move ideas into action? Your Role as an Innovation Coordinator:

  • Providing dedicated capacity to JLR’s Innovation team through communication, research, and training support.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and IT to apply approved AI tools for analysis and decision‑making.
  • Developing toolkits, workshops, and resources to enable AI‑supported analysis across the organization.
  • Supporting internal and external communications, including content development, conferences, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contributing to ERP training, documentation, and change enablement initiatives.
  • Analyzing and interpreting future‑of‑work and AI research, advancing academic partnerships, and supporting thought leadership initiatives.
