We’ve opened a role in our Ottawa or Guelph offices for a talented, entrepreneurial Innovation Coordinator to work alongside exceptional people in JLR’s Innovation group. Your Role as an Innovation Coordinator:
- Providing dedicated capacity to JLR’s Innovation team through communication, research, and training support.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and IT to apply approved AI tools for analysis and decision‑making.
- Developing toolkits, workshops, and resources to enable AI‑supported analysis across the organization.
- Supporting internal and external communications, including content development, conferences, and knowledge sharing.
- Contributing to ERP training, documentation, and change enablement initiatives.
- Analyzing and interpreting future‑of‑work and AI research, advancing academic partnerships, and supporting thought leadership initiatives.
