We’ve opened a role in our Ottawa office for a talented, entrepreneurial Contract Specialist. The responsibilities include:
- Attention to detail while reviewing various contract types and clauses.
- Providing recommendations to management on risks and mitigation strategies associated with contract clauses and supplementary conditions.
- Assessing the contractual requirements of pursuing projects in various locations or markets.
- Fully participating in client contract/RFP negotiations and agreement drafting.
- Assisting with general corporate/commercial/legal projects.
- Participating in and conducting in‑person and/or written negotiations with internal clients to obtain favourable contractual terms.
