We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Solicitor or Associate to join our long-established and highly respected High Street practice in the heart of Kinross. The Role
- You will undertake a varied and interesting caseload typical of a successful High Street practice, including:
- Residential and commercial property transactions
- Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate planning
- Executries and estate administration
- General private client matters
- Supporting and developing longstanding client relationships
- Contributing to the future growth and development of the firm
The work is diverse, rewarding and firmly embedded within the local community, providing an excellent balance of high-quality legal work and client contact.
About You
- You will be a qualified Scottish Solicitor with several years’ post-qualification experience
- Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Experienced in property, private client work, or ideally both
- Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills
- Interested in business development and helping to grow a successful practice
- Motivated by the opportunity to become part of the long-term leadership of the firm
