Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and sales. Support and motivate the team throughout the trading day. Take responsibility for the shop floor and day-to-day store operations when required. Help the team achieve sales targets and identify opportunities to increase sales. Recommend the right bikes, clothing and accessories for riders of all levels. Handle customer enquiries and help resolve issues confidently and professionally. Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation and cleanliness. Support stock control and general store operations. Assist with basic bike builds and pre-delivery checks. Keep the team informed on products, promotions and the latest cycling technology. Work closely with store management to ensure the business runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous retail experience, ideally with some supervisory or team-leading responsibility.
  • A genuine passion for bikes and cycling.
  • Good knowledge of bicycles, components and basic cycle maintenance.
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable leading and supporting others.
  • A strong commercial mindset with an understanding of sales and customer service.
  • Organised, dependable and able to take responsibility when required.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and in-store technology.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach – someone who leads from the front.

Hours: Friday-Saturday & Sunday

Pay: Under 21: £11.00 per hour 21 and Over: £13.17 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome customers with a positive, friendly attitude.
