What You’ll Do:
- Build new bikes to a high standard for display, sale, and dispatch
- Perform safety checks and final inspections for mail order bikes
- Assist with repairs, servicing, and general maintenance in the Rotherham store workshop
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide solutions confidently
- Support warehouse operations by preparing bikes for delivery or collection
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Ensure accurate completion of all job cards and paperwork
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven mechanical skills and experience working on a wide range of bikes
- Confident with modern componentry including hydraulic brakes, e-bikes, and drivetrains
- A methodical and safety-conscious approach to work
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing time effectively
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Previous workshop or cycle industry experience is preferred
