The role

Your main task is to clean all areas of the pub to high standards, enhancing the customer experience. We offer flexible shift patterns – mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.

Duties Include:

  • Maintain cleanliness in all customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff areas and outside spaces
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks following SOPs
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly
  • Monitor supplies and notify the manager when replenishment is needed
  • Report all maintenance and pest‑management issues to the manager on duty
  • Interact politely with customers – greeting, thanking and saying goodbye
  • Complete required induction, role‑specific and ongoing refresher training and support continuous improvement
