Responsible for maintaining excellent standards of customer service at all times, with particular attention to all aspects of fire safety. Wetherspoon has built its success on delivering the best CQSMA standards. This means cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere. You will ensure the delivery of these standards and the safe running of the hotel overnight, handling reservations and dealing with enquiries.
You will also complete hourly security checks and be responsible for evacuation in cases of emergency. The completion of the duty manager logbook is essential for maintaining accurate records, as you will be responsible for reporting all accidents and incidents. Full adherence to all aspects of licensing law, trading standards, customs is required.
