Role Responsibilities

  • Interact politely with guests – greeting them, saying "thank you" and "goodbye"
  • Maintain office administration in line with company policies and GDPR
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as reservations, cancellations, no‑shows, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, and provide reports as required
  • Check that all bedrooms, conference rooms and other areas under your responsibility are cleaned and maintained within guidelines
  • Conduct regular security checks, including fire safety checks, throughout your shift and report any issues to your line manager
  • Report security issues, safety hazards, accidents, incidents and maintenance issues to the manager on duty
  • Be responsible for evacuation in case of emergency, liaising with guests and emergency services
  • Complete required induction, role‑specific and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement
