About the Role: We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic, passionate people with no experience required. The role involves serving food and drinks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service while working efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Taking orders, preparing, dispensing and serving drinks to the correct specification, via the bar or customer app.
- Delivering food to customers, ensuring check‑backs are completed and clearing plates promptly.
- Providing friendly customer interactions – greeting, thanking and building rapport.
- Being knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
- Maintaining 'clean as you go' standards: clearing tables, wiping surfaces and carrying out toilet checks.
- Working in all areas, including glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing, and other duties as needed.
