As a member of the overnight team, your role is to clean and prepare the kitchen to enable the delivery of excellent customer service to hungry and thirsty customers during opening hours. Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times
  • Preparing ingredients and assisting with pre‑shift preparation
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Supporting the start‑up of day‑time kitchen operations
  • Collaboration with other kitchen staff to meet service targets
