Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team, ensuring we deliver hot, quality food within a 10‑minute service aim.
  • Maintain our standards and cleanliness.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Support the pub manager in daily operations.
  • Run your own kitchen and help run the pub while continuously developing your skills through our award‑winning training programme.

Qualifications

  • Experience in kitchen management or a relevant hospitality role.
  • Strong organisational and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work hard, keep standards high, and support team during long hours.
