The Role:

To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.

You Will:

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace.
  • Adhere to Wetherspoon's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Work with third-party contractors.
  • Ensure work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, is in line with the company's design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
  • Carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet the needs of the business.

  • Have the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
  • Be able to work unsupervised and resolve problems, using your own knowledge, while working within relevant guidelines.
  • Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm in your role and show commitment to your colleagues and pub.
  • Have a friendly nature and good communication skills.
  • Be honest, trustworthy and respectful.
  • Remain calm when working in a fast-paced environment.
