The Role:
- To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace.
- Adhere to Wetherspoon's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Work with third‑party contractors.
- Ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, is in line with the company's design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
- Carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet the needs of the business.
About You:
- Have the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
- Be able to work unsupervised and resolve problems, using your own knowledge, while working within relevant guidelines.
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm in your role and show commitment to your colleagues and pub.
- Have a friendly nature and good communication skills.
- Be honest, trustworthy and respectful.
- Remain calm when working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adhere to Wetherspoon's appearance standards, ensuring that, when required, correct PPE is worn.
