  • Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic throughout the day, following the clean-as-you-go (CAYG) philosophy and disposing of waste appropriately.
  • Support cleaning and maintenance of other pub areas according to company guidelines.
  • Supervise and support the kitchen team, providing guidance and direction.
  • Deliver training to new or existing team members through the award-winning programme.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or over.
  • Have a customer-focused mindset, driven, committed, passionate and a professional team player.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
