Responsibilities
Kitchen managers are crucial in delivering our company standards in their kitchens while keeping customers as the top priority. You will run your own kitchen in one of our pubs and support the pub manager in day‑to‑day operations. Maintain standards and cleanliness, organise the team, motivate staff, ensure hot, quality food within a 10‑minute service aim, uphold a high health and safety rating, and work flexible hours from early morning to late night.

Enthusiastic, confident, passionate, hard‑working, organised, able to motivate staff, committed to training, and welcoming to an inclusive environment.
