We’re looking for dedicated, reliable and proactive individuals with a background in maintenance, or similar, to join the team.

The Role
To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.
You Will
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace.
- Adhere to Wetherspoon’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Work with third-party contractors.
- Ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, is in line with the company’s design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
- Carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet the needs of the business.
About You
- Have the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
- Be able to work unsupervised and resolve problems, using your own knowledge, while working within relevant guidelines.
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm in your role and show commitment to your colleagues and pub.
- Have a friendly nature and good communications skills.
- Be honest, trustworthy and respectful.
- Remain calm when working in a fast-paced environment.
