Your Role
Your primary responsibility will be ensuring our customers leave happy and eager to return by delivering exceptional service. You will also play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pub, supporting the team, and ensuring the premises are well-maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times, adopting the \'clean as you go\' philosophy.
- Support in cleaning and maintaining other areas of the pub as required.
- Supervise and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Participate in our award-winning training program to develop your skills.

Additional Information
- You must be 18 or over to apply for the Team Leader position.
