Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to prepare and cook food to the correct specification
- Operate kitchen work stations, including grills, fryers, microwaves and more
- Assist in keeping the kitchen running smoothly while maintaining high cleanliness, safety and customer service standards
- Clean as you go and perform full kitchen clean-downs
- Rotate stock and store food safely
- Complete required induction, role-specific and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement
