Responsibilities
- Clean all areas of the hotel thoroughly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest experience
- Interact politely with guests – greet, say thank you and goodbye
- Service bedrooms and other hotel areas in line with standard operating procedures
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks as required
- Follow correct procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the manager when more are needed
- Store laundry correctly and complete relevant documentation
- Adhere to stock-control procedures and maintain stock security
- Report security issues, safety hazards, accidents, incidents and maintenance issues to the manager on duty
- Complete required induction, role-specific and refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement
