We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic, passionate people to join our hard-working teams. No experience is needed, just a good attitude, a willingness to learn and a calm head under pressure. This role is ideal for those who are reliable, friendly and love working as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Interact politely with guests – greet them, say “thank you” and “goodbye”
- Service bedrooms and all other areas of the hotel in line with standard operating procedures
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks as required
- Follow correct procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the manager when more are needed
- Store all laundry correctly and complete relevant documentation
- Adhere to stock‑control procedures and maintain security of stock at all times
- Report any security issues, safety hazards, accidents, incidents or maintenance issues to the manager on duty
- Complete required induction, role‑specific and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement
