Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food to the correct specification.
- Operate kitchen work stations, including grills, fryers, microwaves and more.
- Work as a team to keep to time and quality targets.
- Follow food hygiene and allergen, as well as health and safety, standards.
- Clean as you go, including full kitchen clean‑downs.
- Rotate stock and store food safely.
- Complete required induction, role‑specific and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement.

Hours and Availability
Hours per week: 12. Shift patterns are flexible – mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.

Salary: £12.91
Under‑18s may attract a lower rate of pay, in line with national guidelines.
