The Role

Our Kitchen Managers are critical to delivering our company standards in their kitchens while keeping our customers as the number one priority. You will run your own kitchen in one of our pubs, while also supporting your Pub Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the establishment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards and cleanliness in your kitchen.
• Be organised and keep our brilliant team members motivated.
• Ensure customers receive hot, quality food within our 10‑minute service aim.
• Support the pub manager across a wide range of duties.
• Work flexible hours – we open early and sometimes stay late.
• Help maintain our high standing and 5‑star health and safety rating.
