The Role:

To support, lead and motivate the team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets and to run shifts unsupervised, achieving the following daily:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Serving food and drinks to the correct specification
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and legal workplace
  • Adhering to Wetherspoon's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies

About You:

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks, ensuring smooth shift operation.
  • Know how and when to delegate tasks and provide positive feedback.
  • Show passion and enthusiasm and commitment to colleagues and the pub.
  • Have friendly nature and good communication skills.
  • Be honest, trustworthy and respectful.
  • Remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to Wetherspoon's appearance standards.
  • Receive regular feedback from management and achieve any actions agreed on.
