The Role:
To support, lead and motivate the team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets and to run shifts unsupervised, achieving the following daily:
- Excellent customer service
- Serving food and drinks to the correct specification
- Maintaining a clean, safe and legal workplace
- Adhering to Wetherspoon's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
About You:
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks, ensuring smooth shift operation.
- Know how and when to delegate tasks and provide positive feedback.
- Show passion and enthusiasm and commitment to colleagues and the pub.
- Have friendly nature and good communication skills.

- Remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
