The Role

As part of the management team you will work hard to maintain our standards and cleanliness, stay organised and keep our brilliant team members motivated. You will run your own kitchen in one of our pubs and support the pub manager in day‑to‑day operations. Our mission is for all customers to receive hot, quality food within our 10‑minute service aim, and you will be at the forefront of delivering this aim. We open early in the morning and sometimes work late, offering great flexibility. With the right attitude and training, you can climb our career ladder quickly.
