At a Glance – Your Role

  • Serve food and drinks to the correct specification, working efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service.
  • Work all areas, including glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing and other duties as needed.
  • Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks (bar or customer app).
  • Deliver food to customers, ensure that check‑backs are completed and clear plates within the required timeframe.
  • Provide friendly customer interactions: greet customers, say 'hello', thank and build rapport.
  • Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
  • Maintain “clean as you go” standards: clear tables, wipe surfaces, carry out toilet checks.
