Looking for a Sound Engineer for rent/partnership in a small rural recording studio in South East Cornwall. Castle Studios is nestled in a south-facing valley, with panoramic views of stunning countryside and in the shadow of a small castle, about halfway between the cities of Plymouth and Truro. The studio is fully equipped with a Midas 32 desk, among other gear, and will be finished and available later this summer 2025. This presents an excellent business opportunity for the right candidate.
If interested, please reach out to me. I am considering a revenue-sharing model: one share to the successful applicant and one to me, though it has been suggested that it is more typical for engineers to handle their own marketing and work on specific projects and genres. I am also interested in hearing from freelance engineers and their areas of expertise.
Many thanks!
