We are seeking a skilled HGV Fitter/Technician to join our busy new workshop. This role involves routine inspections and MOT preparation of a wide variety of HGV vehicles. This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine inspections and MOT preparation for a wide range of HGV vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair faults.
  • Work as part of a small team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all work carried out for compliance and reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HGV Fitter or Technician.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety practices in a workshop setting.
  • HGV Class 1 would be an advantage but not essential.

Pay: From £18.00 per hour
