Job Description

J Coffey Main Contracts are currently recruiting for this pivotal position to support the growth expansion that is currently underway. The successful candidate will be based in our office in Minerva Road, Park Royal, London NW10.

Scope of the Role:

  • General Office Administration: management of the post, stationery, telephone calls, meet and greet visitors, maintain office petty cash, maintain contract documents, general administration assistance to site teams, upkeep divisional HR records and management of archiving function.
  • Administration of the Business Development Function: issuing introduction letters and emails, contacting potential Clients and consultants to ascertain the potential for J Coffey Main Contracts to be included on future tender lists.
  • Management of our Contact Databases and Customer Portals.
  • Prepare PQQs and Tender Submission Documents: including use of online portals.
  • Organise Networking Events.
  • Administration of the Integrated Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management System.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced skill level of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Be able to use electronic document transfer systems.
  • Competent in compiling professional PowerPoint presentations.

Please note: The successful candidate will report directly to the J Coffey Main Contracts Director. Experience of working for a similar size reputable Main Contracting construction company is desirable.
