We are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative at our Chichester site. Please see details below. If you are interested and have all the requirements please send me a message.

Full time, 7am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday. 45-hour week.

Purpose of the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with ideally experience in the modular or portable buildings sector. Applicants with experience in the construction industry will also be considered. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales function, driving new business and managing key client accounts while promoting bespoke, sustainable, and high-quality modular building solutions.

You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering long-term client relationships, and contributing to the growth and innovation that underpin our mission.

  • Sales Strategy: Compare with past jobs to spot anomalies.
  • Generate a structured BOM in the ERP from approved estimates and drawings.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities and long-lead items; update promptly when design changes.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activities using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and procedures.

Team Leadership (Optional based on seniority)

  • Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster a high-performance, client-focused culture.
  • Participate in sales training programs and promote best practices across the team.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Uphold the company’s values by championing sustainability, innovation, and quality in all interactions.
