About the role:
This role involves creating and managing user roles and profiles in alignment with business processes, ensuring compliance with SAP licence agreements, and supporting system upgrades and audits. As an analyst, you\’ll manage the Central User Administration (CUA) system and resolve authorisation-related queries and change requests. With deep expertise in SAP security models and experience in global SAP environments, you\’ll play a key part in safeguarding system integrity and supporting secure business operations.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Developing and establishing authorisation models across all SAP systems
- Design and creation of new authorisation roles/profiles in line with business requirements and processes
- Ongoing role maintenance to support SAP upgrades and patching
- Supporting annual SAP audit with provision and coordination of user data
- Understanding and ensuring that JCB adheres to the SAP licence agreement
- Manage the CUA system
- Resolving SAP role and authorisation queries and change requests
This will be suited to you if
- You\’ve in-depth SAP authorisations expertise, either in an SAP support or SAP project environment
- You\’ve a comprehensive understanding of the various SAP security models
- Experience with SAP template rollouts and methodologies is an advantage
- Experience with the latest versions of SAP and Solution Manager is beneficial
- Experience working for an international company with a global SAP multi-country environment is an advantage
- Core competency in CUA
