About the role: JCB Golf & Country Club is constructed on a 240-acre site, set in the rolling Staffordshire countryside and boasting a 7308-yard par 72 championship golf course. Due to an expansion to member and guest services provided for the season, an opportunity has become available to join our Golf Operations Team here at JCB Golf & Country Club. Upon golfers’ arrival to the property, our golf operations team are the first face our golfers interact with, and as the face of the business, we are searching for enthusiastic, hardworking, and presentable individuals with a golfing background to join our team to provide outstanding member and guest services, leaving memorable experiences along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world class and personable service to members and guests.
- Assist with coordination and delivering of corporate golf days.
- Experience an insight to the delivery of a LIV Golf Event from an operational perspective.
- Support the operations team with on-course services.
- Practice facilities set up and management.
- Maintenance of the golf buggy and trolley fleet.
