About the role

As a Digital Media Content Developer at JCB, you’ll be responsible for planning, filming, and editing video content to support global marketing campaigns, product launches, and ongoing communications. Working closely with Marketing Communications, Product, and Regional teams, you’ll translate briefs into engaging visual content. Managing the full production process, from filming through to final delivery. You’ll ensure every output meets brand standards and campaign objectives.

What does this role involve day to day?

  • Plan, film, and edit video content for global marketing campaigns and communications
  • Deliver multi-format outputs from a single brief
  • Manage end-to-end production including filming, editing, colour grading, audio, and final delivery
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Regional teams
  • Produce content for platforms including YouTube, HUB, and social media
  • Ensure all content aligns with JCB brand guidelines
  • Contribute to content planning and provide creative input to improve overall output quality and effectiveness

This will be suited to you if…

  • You have proven experience in video production
  • You have knowledge of camera systems and lighting with hands-on experience filming in different styles
  • You’re proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Photoshop
  • You have experience across multiple platforms
  • You have strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills
