We're seeking a skilled and motivated digital marketing specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our global website and driving JCB’s SEO strategy to support the growth of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in marketing to contribute to the success of a renowned brand in the construction equipment industry.

What does this role involve day to day?

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of our global website, ensuring it is up to date with relevant content, that is optimised for SEO and provides a seamless user experience.
  • Working in collaboration with wider teams to develop and optimise engaging digital content across regional websites, including blogs, news & events, ensuring alignment with JCB’s brand voice and values.
  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align JCB.com’s strategy with the overall business goals.

This will be suited to you if…

  • Proven experience in website management, as part of a digital marketing team.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, on‑page and off‑page optimisation, and technical SEO.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or other SEO tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
