About the role:
We are searching for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, driving traffic to our new Parts Eccomerce Website as well as driving awareness and buy-in to our parts products. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a proven track record of success in digital marketing, possessing a deep understanding of online advertising, social media, and customer acquisition strategies.
What does this role involve day to day?
Strategic Focus:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities within the digital marketing landscape.
• Set ambitious yet achievable goals for Lead generation, Ecommerce Conversions and Customer Engagement.
Marketing Campaigns:
• Oversee all aspects of online marketing campaigns, including content creation, advertising, promotions, and analytics.
• Analyse competition, customer behaviour, and market trends to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising agencies, vendors, and partners.
Customer Acquisition:
• Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
• Manage and optimize website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Customer Experience:
• Create a seamless and engaging online customer experience that fosters loyalty and drives repeat purchases.
• Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the online customer journey.
Creative Design:
• Have hands on experience in developing great short form content for digital purposes
• Confidence working to brand guidelines and adopting brand tone
• Experience briefing in agencies for higher end campaign content
Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate peer group and other departments to enable great digital content
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
This will be suited to you if
• You have a Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• You have a proven track record of success within digital marketing, with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• You have hands on design experience to enable fast content creation and nimble experience
• You have a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, online advertising strategies, and social media principles
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
