As you rotate through three key areas, you’ll take on business‑critical responsibilities and deliver objectives that make a real impact. As part of your professional development, we’ll support you in gaining a recognised finance qualification. You’ll have the opportunity to study for ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) with our full backing, including financial support.

What could I be doing?

Tax

Throughout your placement you will gain insight into both direct and indirect taxes. Upon completion you will have a strong understanding of key areas such as VAT & Import Taxes. You’ll also see the importance of tax throughout the wider business and how it supports the needs of other departments.

Operations

During an operations placement you will be working closely with the management accountant and assistant financial controller in order to meet demands of the business. Tasks within this placement may include cash flow forecasting, capital expenditure reporting & data analysis work, you’ll also be tasked with supporting the team throughout the month‑end period in order to meet group reporting deadlines.

Treasury

Whilst rotating through treasury you will immerse yourself into the dynamic world of corporate finance within a leading multinational organisation, giving you exposure to credit management and control, export finance, and core treasury operations. You’ll learn how we assess creditworthiness and manage limits, structure international trade financing, and oversee liquidity, foreign exchange, insurance risk, and daily cash flows that keep a global business moving. This experience will sharpen your analytical skills and provide insight into how technology and automation are transforming treasury functions, while showing how strategic decisions in a complex, interconnected economy drive sustainable growth and financial resilience.

What comes next?

We’ll be reviewing applications against the essential criteria then shortlisting and sending out links to our online assessments in November 2025 - January 2026 (we’d recommend you keep a look out for emails at this point as you’ll hear from us either way). Once you’ve fully completed your online assessment, we’ll review it and provide you with an update within a few weeks. Please note, if you’ve not completed your online assessment then we won’t take your application further (we’ll send you a few reminders to make sure you don’t forget). If you’ve been progressed, you’ll be sent an invite to attend one of our in‑person Assessment Centres. In‑person Assessment Centres will take place from January to April 2026 (we’ll send you all the details you need). Following your Assessment Centre, whether you’ve been successful or not, our promise to you is that you’ll receive a call with feedback. If successful, congratulations!
