We’re looking for a proactive SHEQ Advisor to champion safety, health, wellbeing, environmental responsibility and quality across our operations. You’ll support teams with expert guidance, develop clear, compliant documentation, conduct site inspections and audits, lead incident investigations and help drive a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll guide operational teams on SHEQ procedures, deliver briefings and training, monitor site compliance and ensure work meets legal and company standards. You’ll lead investigations, produce learning materials, carry out audits, support risk assessments and management plans, liaise with clients and regulators, and stay up to date with evolving SHEQ legislation. Above all, you’ll act as a visible role model for safe, responsible working.
