As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Estimating team and help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

About the Role

This is a varied role where you will work closely with customers and colleagues across the business, transforming enquiries into successful orders while ensuring a smooth journey from quotation through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally and warmly
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate quotations for standard and bespoke products
  • Prepare estimates using pricing templates, calculating bespoke product costs where needed
  • Maintain customer records, quotations and orders in the CRM
  • Raise stock sales orders in Sage 200
  • Produce works order documentation for manufacturing
  • Coordinate with colleagues across departments to keep orders progressing smoothly
  • Track orders through production and delivery, giving customers proactive updates
  • Build a strong working knowledge of JB Corrie's products and manufacturing capabilities
  • Occasionally visit customers to build relationships and support business development
  • Attend meetings and company events as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Organised and accurate, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Proactive, with a natural ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Sage 200 or similar ERP software is a plus
  • Background in sales administration, estimating or customer service within manufacturing or construction is beneficial but not essential
