Salary: £25,000–£30,000, depending on experience Our specialist sports and security fencing web shop is growing, and we're looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to take ownership of it, from day-to-day platform management through to shaping the strategy behind it.
This role sits at the centre of our Woo Commerce store, built on Word Press, serving both trade and public customers.
You'll balance hands-on daily operations with input into the bigger picture: optimising the customer journey, boosting digital sales, and keeping our online product offering competitive.
Platform Merchandise Management You'll manage the day-to-day running of the Woo Commerce store and Word Press backend, keeping product listings, fencing specifications, and pricing accurate, and configuring product variations and inventory levels.
You'll work closely with technical teams on plugins and extensions, and partner with developers to ensure the site stays secure, up to date, and performing well.
Digital Marketing Sales Strategy You'll help shape digital sales strategies to improve conversion rates, build multi-channel campaigns using Word Press marketing plugins, and align email and social campaigns for trade audiences.
You'll also optimise promotional campaigns and coupon codes for public customers, keeping an eye on competitor pricing and market trends.
User Experience Customer Care You'll map and optimise the full customer journey from landing page to checkout, identify and reduce cart friction, and implement abandoned cart recovery strategies.
