Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking to recruit a person with excellent administrative skills to administer and coordinate all projects for one of our contractors, workingclosely with other staff providing admin services to this Contract. A brief description of duties is listed below Complete administration duties to workstreams assigned to yourself. Offer excellent and prompt customer service to the contractor and their customers keeping them updated on the progress of the project Typing of specifications returned to the office by the project surveyor Work closely with company surveyors and/or directors to ensure any customer queries/ complaints are dealt with promptly. Check all contractors job packs/ new survey files to ensure they are correct before issuing to field engineers/ surveyors.
