About the Role
They are now looking for an entry-level Receptionist & Administrator to work across both their London & Weybridge sites that wants to get their foot in the door within the Wealth Management industry!
Responsibilities
- The primary focus of this role is the delivery of an exceptional level of service to all visitors to both offices, both internal and external.
- The London office is the flagship office for client meetings, as well as a hot-desking environment for staff, who are typically working in a hybrid/flexible way.
- The Weybridge office is not just the registered address but the foundation of the company. This is where the IT environment is based as is the Accounts department and other critical business functions.
- Reception and office administration duties are at the heart of the role, providing support and cover for receptionists at each site.
- Running alongside these duties is the CRM data role. Full training will be provided as the use of a computerised Client Relationship Management system is bespoke to each firm that operates it.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can learn quickly, manage a busy workload, operate autonomously when required, and deliver an exceptional client experience for both internal (employees and partners) and external clients.

Pay range and compensation package
The role is paying £25-27k plus a discretionary bonus usually around 7.5%, and including a full benefits package.
