Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage projects across Europe.
The Electrical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Banbridge Head Office, however, travel is required .
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Project Manager will provide leadership and direction across the operational delivery of our Data Centre Sites across Europe.
Having overall ownership and management of our site teams, including management and resourcing of our subcontracted labour.
The Electrical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Banbridge, responsible for leading electrical projects from planning through completion.
This position oversees project scopes, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within cost.
The Project Manager will also manage documentation, support compliance with relevant regulations, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
The role involves regular presence on-site to supervise installations, inspections, and commissioning activities.
Therefore, travel is required.
The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, foster a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in electrical systems. Data Centre experience is desirable.
- Strong understanding of electrical installations.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, ensuring alignment with schedules and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, they will possess strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills to track KPIs, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Keen attention to detail, sound decision-making abilities, and a results-driven mindset, they can manage multiple priorities under pressure.
