Job description

How would you like to become one of the ambassadors of a dynamic, innovative brand of colourful, design-led eyewear?

We are opening a brand-new IZIPIZI corner in Selfridges London in late September / early October, and we are looking for a Sales Assistant to bring the "smile" to every customer who stops by:

• You give each of our customers a personalised welcome
• You listen to, guide and advise our customers throughout the sale
• You present and showcase our products and our commitments
• You build customer loyalty through an authentic, personalised experience
• You make sure there is always stock available to meet our customers' wishes
• You rise to the challenge of growing sales and hitting the targets set!

As the face of IZIPIZI inside Selfridges, you will be the person who owns the corner day to day — its look, its stock, its results.

Profile

WHO ARE YOU?

• A natural salesperson, you do everything you can to exceed your targets in a friendly atmosphere where effort is rewarded!
• You are ready to take ownership of the brand at Selfridges, acting as our key point of responsibility for IZIPIZI's presence and performance in the store
• Independent, proactive and self-motivated, you spot what needs doing and get on with it — you enjoy the freedom of running your own space rather than waiting to be told what comes next
• You bring 2 to 5 years of experience in retail or customer-facing sales, ideally somewhere you were trusted to work on your own or within a very small team
• Beyond the professional adventure, the quality of the conversations and the moments you share, with customers, really matter to you
• Dynamic, reliable and thorough, you have the interpersonal skills to build a genuine connection with everyone you meet
• You have an excellent sense of service and you are not afraid to go out and meet our customers
• Fluent English; a second language is a plus

THE PACKAGE

• Permanent, full-time contract – 40 hours per week
• Salary: £30,285 per year (£2,523.73 gross per month)
• Shift pattern: ideally Wednesday to Sunday, 11am–7pm (some flexibility possible)
• Location: IZIPIZI corner, Selfridges, Oxford Street, London
• Start date: late September / early October, in time for the opening
