Job Summary: The ECO Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the ECO Manager by focusing on administrative tasks and delivering outstanding customer service. This role ensures the smooth handling of ECO4 and GBIS-funded projects, from managing customer inquiries to maintaining accurate records and providing seamless support to customers and internal teams at IZ Energy.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Process and manage all administrative tasks related to ECO4 and GBIS funding schemes, in line with OFGEM guidance.
- Accurately input and update project data across internal systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare documentation for submissions, compliance checks, and project tracking.
- Monitor and manage deadlines, assisting the ECO Manager with timely task completion.
- Organize and maintain a centralized system for all project-related records and correspondence.
Customer Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Support customers through the funding application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Handle complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex matters to the ECO Manager when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in administration, with experience in customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with CRM systems.
