IZ Brand Studio is a UK based Brand Strategy & Identity Design studio specialising in helping founders create premium brands. By emphasising clarity, structure, and intention over pure aesthetics, IZ Brand Studio delivers impactful solutions. The studio's work spans positioning, visual identity, and digital presence to attract the right clients and foster sustainable growth. Our approach defines “premium” as a marriage of restraint, precision, and value, ensuring long term success for their clients.
This is a remote, flexible founding role (office coming later in Birmingham). This is an unpaid, voluntary founding role at the early stage of the studio. As a Brand Strategist on the founding team, you’ll shape the studio vision, develop and implement brand strategies, and guide brand positioning for premium clients.
You’ll collaborate with designers, web specialists, and content creators to bring high quality visual identities and digital experiences to life. You’ll also engage directly with clients, conduct research, and deliver presentations that communicate brand concepts clearly and confidently. As part of the founding team, you’ll help drive the studio’s mission to build brands with clarity, structure, and presence.
Hours & Commitment:
- Flexible, output focused role with 2–3 hours/day of core overlap for collaboration and client calls.
- Contribution can range from 10–15 hours/week part time to full time if you want to immerse fully.
- Focus is on results and impact, not clocked hours.

Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Development.
- Strong experience in Brand Management and Brand Communication.

- Proficiency in project management and managing deliverables within deadlines.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable, results driven strategies.
- Previous experience in a creative or design focused environment is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field.
